Hello,
We would like to announce this week's Codemasters account transfer service has been completed.
If you have applied your account's migration from September 15th to September 28th but haven't got transferred yet, it means we cannot proceed the transfer progress with your account.
Mainly it is because,
There are some accounts (35 accounts total) which already contains characters in their Webzen account before they requested for the account transfer service. We have warned you once on the transfer service page as below.
" DO NOT CREATE A NEW CHARACTER ON THE SERVERS,
UNTIL YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPLETELY TRANSFERRED"
The following list contains the accounts that already have game information, which made a failure on the migration progress. If you are one of the list below, you have a single option in order to success your transfer.
Erase the game information that you already have on Webzen account by October 5th, and wait for the next week's transfer progress. If you apply for the transfer service without erasing the information, you will be failed again . You must have an empty character slot on the target server in order to move a character there.
Please understand that the transfer process is bit of delicate issue, therefore we strongly suggest you to follow as what we ask you to do so.
