From FEB 25, Archlord/S.U.N users in Eastern Europe(Turkey, Bulgaria) are having trouble with Webzen.com European servers.

Since the problem is limited to certain regions in Eastern Europe for both Archlord and S.U.N European servers,this problem seems to be due to network-related issues and not Webzen games.


Please understand that we are working on this issue to find the reason for this problem.

We will try to fix this as soon as possible.
